Conformance Status
This website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The areas listed below are not yet fully accessible.
Accessibility Measures Implemented
- ✓Keyboard navigation – All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.
- ✓Visible focus indicators – Focus states are visually indicated with a green outline (CSS focus-visible).
- ✓Skip link – "Skip to main content" link allows direct navigation to the main content area.
- ✓Semantic structure – Correct use of <main>, <nav>, <section>, <h1>–<h3>, and list structures.
- ✓ARIA attributes – Dialogs use role="dialog", aria-modal, aria-labelledby; toggles have aria-expanded; forms use aria-required and aria-describedby.
- ✓Focus trap in dialogs – Modal dialogs trap keyboard focus; Escape closes the dialog; focus returns to the triggering element on close.
- ✓Live regions – Dynamic price and error messages in the configurator use aria-live for screen reader announcements.
- ✓Accessible forms – All inputs have visible or screen-reader-accessible labels (sr-only), correct htmlFor/id associations, and required field marking.
- ✓Decorative elements – Purely decorative SVGs and icons are marked with aria-hidden="true".
- ✓Language declaration – The document language is set in the HTML element (lang="de" / lang="en").
- ✓Cookie banner accessibility – Toggles in the cookie banner have aria-checked and aria-label; the settings section is linked via aria-controls.
Known Limitations
WCAG criterion: 1.1.1, 2.1.1
The 3D map view and plot location tool are not fully accessible to screen readers or keyboard-only users. All essential plot information is provided as text as an alternative.
WCAG criterion: 2.3.3 (AAA)
Some fade-in animations do not respond to the OS "reduce motion" preference (prefers-reduced-motion). Full support is planned.

Any PDF attachments provided are not fully tagged to PDF/UA standard. Accessible versions are available on request by email.
